Crafted from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy using Nippon’s proprietary centrifugal casting method, these pistons undergo a six-stage heat treatment process for exceptional durability and stability under extreme conditions. The result is a piston that delivers the strength of a forged unit with significantly lower thermal expansion and zero internal defects.

The ceramic hard-anodized crown extends to the second ring groove, improving heat dissipation — especially beneficial for boosted or nitrous applications. The Teflon-coated skirts reduce friction, while cryogenically treated 22mm wrist pins add toughness and longevity.

Precision-matched within ±1 gram, each piston set ensures perfect engine balance. Deeper valve reliefs accommodate aggressive camshaft profiles (up to Stage 3), making these pistons ideal for naturally aspirated or forced-induction builds targeting up to 600 horsepower.

Designed as full-floating pistons, they’re compatible with both OEM Honda and aftermarket connecting rods.
