MTS Technik Coilover Suspension Street / Inox – Suzuki Swift (XMTSGWSZ01)
Product Overview
The MTS Technik Street Series Inox Coilover Kit (XMTSGWSZ01) is a height-adjustable suspension system specifically engineered for the 2005–2011 Suzuki Swift III hatchback. Available at JDMaster.net, this premium street-focused upgrade pairs top-tier Eibach lowering springs with premium Inox stainless steel strut housings. Tailored for daily enthusiasts who demand sharper turn-in response and a slammed stance without a bone-shattering ride, this system bolts right up to your vehicle’s factory upper mounts for a clean, hassle-free installation.
Key Features & Benefits
-
Balanced Street Series Calibration: Custom-tuned by MTS Technik engineers to deliver a dual-purpose experience—limiting body roll during aggressive canyon driving while absorbing daily road seams smoothly.
-
Premium Inox Stainless Steel Casing: Engineered with high-grade stainless steel strut bodies for permanent resistance against road salt, moisture, and winter sludge, ensuring height-adjustment threads stay rust-free.
-
Bespoke Springs by Eibach Germany: Pre-assembled with progressive lowering springs developed by Eibach, offering tight manufacturing tolerances and extraordinary durability to prevent spring sag over time.
-
Patented anti-seize hexaCOIL Perches: Features an innovative hexagonal spring collar that sheds dirt and grit, completely eliminating the seized and bound adjustment rings common on budget coilover systems.
-
Twin-Tube Gas-Oil Architecture: Pressurized nitrogen gas combined with high-performance hydraulic fluid prevents internal oil aeration and damping fade under rapid, high-velocity piston movements.
-
Massive Lowering Adjustment Range: Drop your front axle by 15–75mm and the rear axle by 15–65mm, giving you total freedom to lower your center of gravity or dial in absolute fender-to-tire fitment.
-
Extended-Life Polyurethane (PUR) Bump Stops: Advanced progressive bump stops protect the damper internals during deep suspension compression, outlasting standard factory rubber stops.

The Mechanical Advantage: Sharp Turn-In Meets All-Weather Durability
Standard steel or zinc-plated coilovers corrode quickly, causing the adjustment collars to seize up after a single winter season. The Inox stainless steel design of the XMTSGWSZ01 offers total protection against environmental moisture and road grime. Paired with the composite hexaCOIL spring perches, adjusting your Swift’s ride height remains fluid and effortless years down the line.
Performance-wise, this coilover system transforms the handling behavior of the Swift. By combining Eibach progressive-rate springs with twin-tube gas shocks, the suspension effortlessly absorbs minor pavement ripples under normal driving conditions. However, when pitched hard into sharp corners, the valving immediately resists high-velocity fluid transfer, working with the stiffer spring rates to keep the body flat. This minimizes front-end dive under heavy braking, limits understeer, and sharpens front-tire bite for maximum grip at the apex.
Professional Installation & Alignment Advice
Clearance Check & Laser Alignment: Altering your vehicle’s factory ride height changes your front and rear suspension geometry. A professional four-wheel alignment is mandatory immediately following installation to prevent uneven tire wear and safeguard vehicle predictability.
Due to the wider barrel profile of aftermarket coilover springs relative to OEM struts, a minimum clearance gap of 5mm must be maintained between the inner tire sidewall/wheel lip and the coilover strut body. If you are running high-offset or aggressive aftermarket wheels that drop below this 5mm threshold, high-quality hub-centric wheel spacers must be used.
