Top engine builders and racers tell us that these systems not only outperform everything else presently on the market, but that our calibrations let them dial the engine in so quickly that the time, wear and tear they save makes our system truly inexpensive compared to other brands they have used. They tell us that our manifolds not only work better, but that the precisely located, cut, and blended ports alone save them more them the difference in cost between our manifold vs. our competitior.

Basic Manifold Package includes or has options for the following:

• Standard bolt location and port location with 100% CNC machined intake ports.
• Ram tube adapters (flat style for straight out ram tubes)
• Aluminum or magnesium* castings
• Bronze throttle shaft bushings installed in manifolds
• Precision ground hard-nickel plated milled style individual transverse throttle shafts and aluminum throttle plates.
• Throttle arms, throttle stop, safety return spring, stop boss, and billet linkage
• Connector bar with ball bearings and snap rings.
• Kinsler universal nozzle boss inserts. (allows manifold to accept different styles of electronic injectors or constant flow nozzles.)
• Kinsler .680” I.D. extruded aluminum fuel rail with billet mounting stanchions, hardware, and hard anodized AN adapter fittings.
• Set of (4) Kinsler 180 degree bell aluminum ram tubes: 3” to 7″ long.
• Various ram tube diameters can be installed on any throttle bore diameter.
• Vacuum/Boost reference ports, 10-32, 1/16” NPT, or 1/8”NPT thread.
• Bolt-on TPS boss and drive.

Note: “K” Series manifolds will require a water pump block off plate or shaving of the OEM water pump and idler pulleys.
