GENUINE HONDA CAM CHAIN AND TENSIONER K-SERIES K20A K20Z

Genuine Honda OEM cam chain and tensioner. Over time the chains can stretch causing the ecu to throw a light. They often need to be replaced on engines that are nearing 100,000 miles or on engines that have spent their life bouncing off the rev limiter. Maintain your engine just as Honda intended.
